Setting your Schedule

Please set your schedule and be sure to keep it up to date so that we do not have students requesting sessions when no tutors are available. Please follow these directions to set your schedule:

1) Log into your account.
2) From the homepage, under User Menu on the right hand side, click "Set Schedule".
3) Mark the appropriate time slots that you are available.
4) Click "Submit Schedule".

Joining a Requested Session

Follow these instructions for joining a requested session.

1)    Log into your account.
2)    Under the "Sessions" tab, click "Active Sessions".
3)    Click the "Join" button of the session you wish to join.

Re-joining a Session in Progress

Follow these instructions for re-joining a session after unexpectedly leaving (or in the event of screen freezes, audio problems, etc.)

1)    Check your e-mail for “Learn To Be Session Details”.
2)    Open the e-mail and click on the link provided. This will take you directly back into the session.
