Please describe your student and why you qualify for tutoring.
Isaiah is a very sweet 8 year old boy who is currently struggling at school. He was recently diagnosed with ADD after struggling through 1st and 2nd grade. After finding out why he's been struggling, we've been trying our best to cater to his needs to help him excel at 3rd grade. He still needs some help. We recently moved to Alabama from California and that has had s big impact on his confidence. He is the middle child in our home with an older sister (11) and a baby sister (2) so we're looking for some help to keep him focused and on track with school. My current work schedule makes it very hard to be there to help as I usually work until 8:30pm which is just before his bedtime. Isaiah's teacher has reminded us that 3rd grade is the first year of state testing and we are sure that, with some help and tutoring, he'll make it through to 4th grade. I know that this program will be helpful to him and will do my part in helping him stick to it and make consistent progress.

What are you most grateful for?
