Please describe your student and why you qualify for tutoring.
Savannah is a caring 12 year old girl. She was diagnosed with ADD in first grade. She did not receive an individualized education plan until 3rd grade. I have been working with her Elementary and Middle School to help her Excel but she still need some extra help. She has made marked improvement before with other tutoring programs but they were on the west coast and the programs were free, (we are low income). Savannah has one younger brother who is 6 her two cat fish and three cats all of whom she loves so much. Savannah loves to make clay charm bracelets do tie dye and knit as well as take care of younger children. Savannah has recently lost her Father which has affected her academic performance and confidence ( he passed away September of 2017.) Savannah recently has been asked to take typing classes and seek some sort of tutoring I believe this program would be perfect for her my work schedule makes it very hard to be able to help her as I get home very late. she is excited about this program and I will be guiding her and doing my part to help her succeed! with a little help she will make marked improvement and be closer to working on her grade level. We can't wait!
