Please describe your student and why you qualify for tutoring.
Caden is a sometimes sweet, okay very sweet boy, who struggles in school with math more so than other subjects. He has a Sensory processing disorder, ADHD, and a general and social anxiety disorder. He will be going into 6th grade and I feel he would benefit from extra help over the summer seeing that 6th grade is going to bring MANY challenges for him and he will be starting in a new school, as I switched him out of the local school. He is my youngest of 3, I have two older girls 18 (Brielle) and 16 (Kylla). I am a stay at home mom but as I said earlier given his tenancy to rely on me I am unable to be effective helping him. I fear without extra help over the summer he will not be successful in 6th grade as its going to be a challenging year for him emotionally, mentally and socially given his daily struggles. I feel like tutoring would help him again confidence and aid in his success in middle school.
What are your greatest hopes for your student?
