Meet Wally, a whale who loved to eat! He would gobble up all the fish and seaweed he could find, never leaving anything behind.
One day, Wally ate so much that his belly grew round and big. He had to swim slowly because his tummy was so heavy.
"Oh no!" cried Wally. "I've eaten too much! I don't think I can swim anymore." Wally's friends tried to help push him, but he was just too big.
Suddenly, Wally had an idea. He opened his big mouth wide and let out a loud "BURP!" All the food he had eaten came spilling out, and Wally felt much lighter.
Wally's friends cheered with joy. "Yay, Wally! Now you can swim with us again." Wally promised to be more careful about how much he ate from then on.
From that day on, Wally made sure to only eat what he needed. He enjoyed his meals, but never again did he eat too much and get stuck. Wally learned to be a more mindful whale.
