The Mystery of the Lost Bag

"Oh dear, what will I do?" Mrs. Abigail worried. "That bag has been with me for years. I can't bear to lose it!"

Determined to find her lost bag, Mrs. Abigail decided to go for a walk in the nearby forest. As she walked, she heard a soft meow in the distance.

Following the sound, Mrs. Abigail came across a curious cat, who was playing with a familiar-looking bag. "Why, that's my bag!" she exclaimed.

The cat meowed and gently pushed the bag towards Mrs. Abigail. "Thank you, little one," she said, relieved to have found her beloved possession.

As Mrs. Abigail examined the bag, she noticed that it was a bit dirty. "I wonder how this got into the forest," she said.

Just then, the cat meowed again and led Mrs. Abigail deeper into the forest. She followed, curious to see what the cat was trying to show her.

In a small clearing, the cat stopped and looked up at a tree. Mrs. Abigail followed the cat's gaze and spotted a nest, with her bag nestled inside.

"Oh, I see! The cat must have found my bag and brought it here for safekeeping," Mrs. Abigail realized. She carefully retrieved her bag and thanked the cat for its help.

With her bag safely back in her possession, Mrs. Abigail headed home, grateful for the cat's assistance in solving the mystery of the lost bag.
