Once upon a time, there was a curious little house that loved to eat. It would gobble up everything in sight, from toys to furniture, and even the occasional pet!
One day, the house spotted a tall, lush tree growing in the backyard. "Ooh, that looks delicious!" it said, and began to chomp on the branches.
The tree tried to fight back, shaking its leaves and swaying its trunk, but the hungry house was too strong. Gulp! It swallowed the tree whole, leaving only a small stump behind.
The house burped with satisfaction, but then realized it had a problem. "Oh no, now I have no shade or leaves to keep me cool!" it cried.
Just then, a little bird flew by. "Hey, house, why did you eat that poor tree?" the bird asked. "I was so hungry, and it looked so tasty!" the house replied.
The bird shook its head. "You should have been more careful. Now you have no tree to keep you cool. Let me help you!" The bird flew off and came back with some seeds.
"Plant these seeds, and a new tree will grow to give you shade and beauty," the bird said. The house followed the bird's advice, and soon a sapling began to sprout.
From then on, the house learned to be more careful about what it ate. It made sure to leave the trees alone, and even became friends with the little bird. The end!
