It was a special day at Malani's school - Valentines Day! Malani was excited to see what surprises the day would hold. As she walked into her classroom, she noticed something unusual. Her mom was standing there, holding a huge bouquet of red roses and a giant heart-shaped balloon!

"Mama! What are you doing here?" Malani asked, her eyes wide with wonder. Her mom smiled and said, "I wanted to surprise you on this special day. I brought you some flowers, balloons, and your favorite banana pudding to share with your class!"

Malani couldn't believe it. She ran over to her mom and gave her the biggest hug. The other students in the class crowded around, oohing and aahing at the beautiful decorations. Malani's teacher even let her hand out the Valentines cards and candy that her mom had brought.

After the surprise in Malani's class, her mom went to visit Malani's younger brother, who was in pre-kindergarten. He was just as excited to see the balloons and treats. The whole school was buzzing with the love and joy of Valentines Day, all thanks to Malani's thoughtful and caring mom.
