The Mystery of the Missing Pug Zombie Named Shanks

"Where could he be?" Lexus wondered, scratching her head. "Pugs love their naps, and zombies love to lurk around. Shanks should be easy to find!"

Bob suggested they start their search in the park, where Shanks often went for his evening strolls. The trio set off, their eyes peeled for any sign of the missing pug zombie.

As they walked through the park, Kara noticed some strange footprints in the mud. "Look!" she exclaimed. "These must be Shanks' paw prints. But they're leading away from his usual route."

Lexus and Bob followed the trail, which led them to a mysterious abandoned house at the edge of the park. "Do you think Shanks is inside?" Bob whispered, his voice trembling.

Kara nodded, her heart racing. "There's only one way to find out," she said, and the three friends cautiously approached the house.

As they pushed open the creaky door, a surprising sight greeted them. Shanks was curled up on an old armchair, sound asleep. "Whew, he's safe!" Lexus exclaimed with relief.

But just as they were about to leave, they heard a strange noise coming from the basement. Curious, the friends crept down the stairs to investigate.

To their amazement, they discovered a hoard of abandoned pug toys and treats. "Someone must have been trying to lure Shanks here," Kara whispered. "But why?"

The friends decided to take Shanks home and keep a close eye on him, determined to solve the mystery of the missing pug zombie once and for all.
