Once upon a time, in a forest far away, lived a troll named Grumpy. Grumpy was always in a bad mood and loved to play tricks on the woodland creatures. One day, he decided to have some fun and cause a little chaos.

Grumpy crept through the forest, giggling to himself as he plotted his mischievous plans. He spotted a squirrel gathering nuts for the winter and decided to steal them. The squirrel worked hard, but every time it turned around, Grumpy snatched another nut from the pile.

Frustrated, the squirrel ran to the nearby rabbit burrow and asked for help. The rabbits hopped over to confront Grumpy, but he just laughed and blew raspberries at them. The poor rabbits scurried back to their burrow, not knowing what to do.

Next, Grumpy saw a group of birds singing sweetly in a tree. He climbed up and started squawking and flapping his arms, scaring the birds away. They flew off, chirping angrily at the rude troll.

As the sun began to set, Grumpy grew tired of his tricks. He trudged back to his cave, grumbling about how much fun he had. Little did he know, the woodland creatures were plotting their revenge for the next day.
