Aunt Annie the Alligator was having a hard time reading. No matter how hard she tried, the words on the page just didn't make sense. She would stare and stare, but the letters would jumble and mix up in her mind.

One day, as Aunt Annie was walking through the swamp, she met a little girl named Charlotte. Charlotte saw that Aunt Annie was struggling and asked if she could help. Aunt Annie was hesitant at first, but Charlotte's kind smile put her at ease.

"I can't seem to figure out these words," said Aunt Annie, showing Charlotte the book she was reading. Charlotte took a closer look and noticed that Aunt Annie was having trouble with certain letters and sounds.
