The Extraordinary Adventures of Baby Crystal

Crystal was no ordinary baby. At just two days old, she was already the smartest baby in all of Fairyland. With her rainbow hair, blue-purple duck lips, and piercing eyes, she was a sight to behold. But despite her incredible intellect, Crystal had a pressing mission on her hands – to stop her mom from having another baby.

You see, Crystal was perfectly content being the only child in the family. She had a credit card from Baby Works, which allowed her to indulge in her favorite pastime – reading chapter books. But the thought of a baby brother, who would undoubtedly be "not very clean or organized" and "mean," filled her with dread.

Determined to thwart her mother's plans, Crystal put her superior brain power to work. She tried to reason with her parents, arguing that as the world's smartest baby, she deserved to be the sole heir to the pink castle in Fairyland. But her pleas fell on deaf ears, and before long, the pitter-patter of tiny feet echoed through the castle halls.

Jeremiah, the new arrival, had brown hair and pink eyes – a stark contrast to Crystal's vibrant appearance. As the days passed, Crystal watched with a mixture of annoyance and curiosity as the baby boy settled into his new home. To her surprise, Jeremiah wasn't as messy or mean as she had anticipated. In fact, he seemed quite content to explore the castle, occasionally babbling in a way that almost sounded like he was trying to engage in conversation.

Slowly, Crystal's heart began to soften, and she found herself feeling a strange connection to her baby brother. Perhaps having a sibling wasn't as dreadful as she had imagined. As she rocked Jeremiah to sleep, a small smile crept across her face, and she knew that her mission to remain the only child had been a resounding failure – but in the best possible way.
