The Homework Helpers

Jason stared at the blank paper on his desk, his mind racing. He had forgotten his math homework again, and his mom was going to be so disappointed. But just as he was about to admit defeat, his friend Mia raised her hand.

"I forgot my homework too!" she announced, her voice ringing out across the classroom. Jason felt a wave of relief wash over him. He wasn't alone in his forgetfulness.

The teacher, Mrs. Johnson, smiled warmly. "Well, it looks like we have a homework disaster on our hands today," she said. "But that's okay – we can all help each other out."

Mia and Jason worked together, sharing their notes and helping each other complete the assignment. By the end of the class, they not only had their homework done, but they had also learned a valuable lesson about the power of teamwork and friendship.

From that day on, Jason and Mia made a pact to always have each other's backs when it came to homework. They became the "Homework Helpers," and whenever one of them forgot an assignment, the other was there to lend a hand.

And you know what? Jason never forgot his homework again – because he knew he had a friend who would always be there to catch him if he fell.
