The Math Test Surprise

Monroe was a fourth-grade student who loved school and learning, especially when it came to math. He always looked forward to math tests, eager to showcase his skills and knowledge. One day, the class was informed that they would be taking a big math test the following week, and Monroe couldn't wait.

As the test day approached, Monroe spent extra time studying and practicing his math problems. He wanted to make sure he was fully prepared. His friends, Bill and Andy, were also studying hard, but they weren't as enthusiastic about the test as Monroe was.

"I'm so nervous about this math test," said Bill one day during lunch. "What if I don't do well?"

Monroe looked at his friend with a reassuring smile. "Don't worry, Bill. You've been working hard, and I'm sure you'll do great. Just remember all the strategies we've been learning in class."

On the day of the test, Monroe felt confident and excited. He breezed through the questions, solving them with ease. When the teacher collected the papers, Monroe couldn't wait to see his score.
