The Mysterious Theft

Monroe, a curious 10-year-old boy, loved solving puzzles and mysteries. One day, his best friends, Alex and Matt, came to him with an urgent problem. Someone had stolen Alex's brand-new computer!

"We have to find out who did this and get your computer back," Monroe said, determined to crack the case. The three friends began their investigation, searching for any clues that could lead them to the culprit.

They started by questioning their classmates, but no one seemed to have any information about the theft. Monroe suggested they check the school's security camera footage, but the principal said it had been turned off for maintenance.

"This is a real mystery," Matt said, scratching his head. "How are we going to solve it without any evidence?"

Monroe thought hard, his mind racing with ideas. "Wait, I have a plan!" he exclaimed. "Let's go around the school and see if anyone is acting suspicious."

The trio began their search, carefully observing their classmates and teachers. As they walked down the hallway, they noticed a janitor hurrying into the computer lab, a bulky bag slung over his shoulder.

"That's strange," Alex whispered. "Let's follow him and see what he's up to."

The boys quietly crept into the computer lab, where they found the janitor frantically trying to hide the stolen computer. Caught red-handed, the janitor confessed that he had taken the computer to sell it for extra money.

"You're under arrest!" Monroe declared, calling the principal and the police. The janitor was taken away, and Alex's computer was safely returned.

"Great work, team!" Monroe said, high-fiving his friends. "We solved the mystery!"
