Every day, a young boy named Alex went to school. He loved learning and making new friends. But one day, Alex didn't go to school. The school was building a new building just for boys with special powers!

Alex was worried. What if he didn't have any special powers? When he finally went to the new school, he discovered that all the other kids could do amazing things. Some could control light, others could fly. But Alex couldn't do anything.

Alex felt left out and different. He wished he could have a special power too. One day, the teachers noticed that Alex's shadow seemed to move on its own. They realized Alex had the power of darkness!

At first, Alex couldn't control his darkness power. He would accidentally make the room go dark. The other kids teased him for being "the dark boy." But the teachers helped Alex learn to use his power.
