There was a boy named Alex who loved playing basketball. He practiced every day after school, dribbling and shooting hoops.
One day at school, some bullies saw Alex playing and laughed at him. "You don't even know how to play basketball!" they teased.
Alex looked at the bullies and said, "Let's play a game. Whoever makes the most three-point shots wins this basketball." The bullies agreed, thinking they would win.
The game began, and Alex kept making shot after shot. The bullies tried their best, but they couldn't match Alex's skill. In the end, Alex made the winning three-point shot.
The bullies were amazed. "How did you get so good?" they asked. Alex smiled and said, "I practiced a lot, and I never gave up."
After that day, the bullies didn't tease Alex anymore. They saw how hard he worked and how much he loved the game. Alex continued to play basketball and became even better.
Whenever Alex saw the bullies, he would wave and say hello. The bullies realized that they were wrong to tease him and started to admire Alex's talent and dedication.
From that day on, Alex and the bullies became friends. They would play basketball together, and Alex would teach them new skills. The three-point win had not only helped Alex, but it had also brought everyone closer together.
