My favorite thing about Learn To Be is definitely the interactions I have with the students. I feel like, after tutoring them for a while, it's amazing to see them improve and slowly become more confident about their school work. It is also rewarding to see the students be a lot happier after seeing their own improvements, and I think it boosts their motivation in school. Seeing their own results and their own improvements will let them know and see that it is possible. I really enjoy listening to their school stories and just being there for them for schoolwork, or just being there to support them.
