My favorite thing about Learn To Be is watching the growth of my students. During my first few sessions with a student, they are often shy, only speaking occasionally when I ask them to. They may also be completely in the dark on what I'm helping them with, which could make them feel even more uncomfortable. However, as we had more and more sessions, I slowly begin to notice them speaking more, telling me about their day, and saying bye before they leave. In the topics they were previously confused about, they were now ahead of their class and eager to learn more, asking complex questions showcasing their interest. I find this growth of my students, both academically and socially, to be my favorite part of being a Learn To Be tutor.
