I've only has two sessions so far but they have genuinely made my day both times. My student Izzy is genuinely so bright and full of joy and it is so fun getting to talk to her and learn more about her. The hour flies by so fast and the tutoring part is second to getting to understand her as a person and her ways of learning in and outside of school. She reminds me a lot of myself when I was younger and I feel like I am genuinely making a difference in her life and in her learning. Hearing her talk about being against finding a tutor before she met me was so rewarding and I can't wait to help more kids in the future.
