Looking back over these past three years, our journey with Learn to Be has been an amazing experience—and that is entirely because of Marissa. Having one single tutor stick with my daughter through three crucial years allowed them to build a deep, genuine bond.

They connected over so much more than just math problems. They bonded over their love of reading, school activities, summer camps, and big dreams for the future. Being just five grade levels ahead, Marissa was the ultimate mentor—she guided my daughter on what to expect and helped her block out the noise during those notoriously rough middle school years. Marissa is truly the GOAT. It was so hard saying goodbye, but their connection has gone way beyond these tutoring sessions, and they've already decided to stay in touch.

It’s also been incredible to watch Learn to Be grow over the years. We started out with simple, informal Google Meet meetings. Now, having recorded sessions, AI summaries with recommendations on what to practice next, various study tools right on the platform, and access to school curriculum for various subject has made a huge difference.

Finding the right tutor wasn't easy, but once you find them, that relationship is priceless. Matching with the right person changes everything. We are so grateful for the journey and the priceless mentorship Marissa provided over these past three years!
