Though tutoring is a job for many, I think that volunteer tutoring (when affordable) is overwhelmingly more rewarding than costly. Though it takes time to lesson plan and to teach, it takes effort to communicate effectively, and it takes dedication to plan times for meetings, it is all worth it for the smile and confidence on my tutee's face.
