The Mystery of the Missing Words

In Mrs. Frazier's second-grade class, Khalila, Diah, Michael, Eden, Peyton, and Cayden were excited to go on a scavenger hunt. Their teacher had hidden words all around the school, and the students had to work together to find them.

The clues led the students to different parts of the school, and they searched high and low for the missing words. They looked in the library, the cafeteria, and even the gym, but the words were nowhere to be found.

Just when they were about to give up, Peyton noticed a piece of paper stuck to the back of a bulletin board. It was a list of all the missing words! The students quickly gathered the words and took them back to the classroom.

Mrs. Frazier was amazed at the children's detective work. She congratulated them and explained that the missing words were part of a surprise spelling test she had planned. The students were proud of themselves for solving the mystery and felt like real-life detectives.
